hari nie nak update belog pasal resepi pulak..hehe :)
cerita nie semalam punya kes la..
mak jang nor teringin nak makan tomyam
soo mak buat la.. :) mula2 nak cari kaki ayam je..tapi kaki ayam x ada.. huhu:(
soo mak beli ayam ja sebelah..
bila buat tu teringat pulak kat belog kesayangan hamba nie..
alang2 tu bolleh la bg resepinya sekali..
tapi dalam bahasa orang putih boleh dak?

chiken tomyam simple
materials
Half-cleaned chickens
1 medium carrot-cut
flowers kubisdipotong
2 pieces ciub tomyam
1 stalk lemon grass-bruised
5 kaffir lime leaves
1 inch ginger-sliced
1 inch ginger-sliced
5 cloves of garlic-chopped
2 pieces of tamarind
water-follow the tastes
10 stalks chillies
1 tomato
1 large onion-cut widges
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon meegi to taste
follow the tastes of salt
oil to saute
how to prepare it:
1.Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant and add lemon grass, ginger, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and stir-fry until fragrant then add water ..
2.Add chicken already cut and let boil until the chicken is cooked (if you want to dry water can add water) masaukkan ciub tomyam, tamarind and chilli and allow to boil for 5 minutes to 10 minutes ..
3.Add ingredients like vegetables, onion, carrot,tomato and spring cabbage and let boil for 3 minutes and add seasoning according to taste masing2 ..
4.tomyam ready chicken in serving
